Frame-up custom build on a Ford chassis. Steel body skinned in polyester-coated .040 aluminum; panels bonded with 3M VHB for a rivetless finish.
Centerpiece is a Valoriani 120 wood-fired brick oven, imported by Mugnaini. Raw hot-rolled steel fascia and our signature galvalume gabled roof.
Fiamma awning over the workspace. Two-door reach-in refrigerator in the rear. Honda EU7000iS powers the unit.
