Built for Chow Food and Beverage in Clinton, CT.
We started from the frame. The workspace is open around a Valoriani 120 Neo-dome wood-fired oven, with a gabled galvalume roof, quilted stainless backsplash, a pizza prep table with dough racking, and oversized aluminum serving windows.
